Our Team

Stephanie Waldron, Interim Executive Director

Stephanie has extensive applied research and evaluation experience in San Joaquin County. Her role at the organization centers on administration and project management and her work includes grant writing, data collection and analysis, report writing, and presentations. Stephanie’s research and evaluation work involves key informant interviews, focus groups, and observations. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Science, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus. Stephanie is in the process of completing her Master’s of Criminal Justice at California State University, Stanislaus.

Miranda Maurino, Assistant Director

Miranda’s role at the organization includes collaboration with clients and project management. Her efforts include data collection, data analysis, narrative preparation, the design and preparation of data dashboards, and she utilizes both quantitative and qualitative approaches for her applied social research and evaluation project work. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Miranda received her Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a minor in Pre-Law from the University of the Pacific.

Campbell Bullock, Senior Advisor

Campbell’s role at the Data Co-Op includes administration, project management, and program evaluation. Campbell holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from California State University, Stanislaus, and he has a Master’s degree in Sociology from San Jose State University.

Ashley Balderama, Senior Research Associate

Ashley received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University, Stanislaus. As the organization's Senior Research Associate, she works on a full range of projects and specializes in data entry, data cleaning, data analysis, survey development, research interviews, focus groups, and report writing. She enjoys spending time with her family, live music, and traveling.

David Childs, Research Associate

David, a Stockton native, received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from the University of the Pacific. His role at the organization focuses on gathering and analyzing data that is useful for activities such as community needs assessments, program planning, program evaluation, etc. While in school, David worked with the San Joaquin County Private Industry Council on labor market information studies and community resource databases. His experience in data analysis includes a range of projects from survey research to needs assessment to program evaluation.

Cassandra Balderama, Research Assistant

Cassandra specializes in data organization, data review, data cleaning, analysis, and report writing.
